I hear the song in my heart 

In the silence 

I hear you voice

Oh so gently 

In Your presence 

I find wisdom in my pain 

And it’s burning

Burning deeply

Burning all that’s kept me so far away

In the silence 

I can finally hear my heart beat again

In Your Presence You say

Be still

I am still in control

Soon you’ll see

Annoint my head with your joy

Eliminate all despair 

Plant my roots 

Deep within harbors of peace,

Where time and mercy meet
